The Bevelpane unit comprises of two PVCu skins pressed at three and a half tons per square meter to a core of EHDN Polystyrene, using adhesives, which complies with BS5750, and is resistant both to heat and moisture.  The result is a core material free of CFC's with a rigid fire retardant skin, which is proof against rotting, weathering or warping, so the units retain their colour stability regardless
of exposure to sunlight.
